About the profile
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in enterprise environments and is confident managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.
This role is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving existing setups. You’ll work across systems, cloud platforms, and security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise IT systems, Microsoft 365 services, and end-user environments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and endpoint management solutions.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Requirements - Must have
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, user support.
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).
Requirements - Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions, especially Veeam.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102) are a plus.

- English level: B2 or higher, with strong written and spoken communication for international teamwork.
