Junior IT Engineer

As part of our growth, we are seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT to work across Enterprise IT, Service Desk, and Data & AI domains.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in delivering solutions or services in one of these areas or hold strong theoretical knowledge and a drive to learn.

• Support and maintain internal IT systems, including infrastructure components such as security, networking, service desk, applications, and data platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests
• Work on enterprise-scale IT or data-related projects aligned with your development path

• Foundational IT knowledge, either through education or hands-on experience, in one or more of the following:
  • Enterprise IT (systems administration, network, service management)
  • Data Engineering or Data Platforms fundamentals
  • IT Support / Service Desk Operations
• Passionate on learning new things and grow
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks

• Familiarity with ITIL principles or experience working in a structured IT support environment
• Practical experience with IT support tools or ticketing systems (Manage Engine, Jira, ServiceNow or any other).
• Exposure to cloud services (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
• Experience with Windows Server or Linux administration
• Prior involvement in end-user support, including troubleshooting desktop, application, or connectivity issues

Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
