Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Windows Applications Engineer to join our team of professionals in Enterprise IT Department.
Requirements - Must have
- B1 English is a must for this role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, process-oriented approach, ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles
- Understanding of the ITIL \ ITSM methodology (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Management, CMDB, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in supporting Enterprise applications and\or delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:
- Windows Server Platform or onpremises solutions in all it variety
- Modern Workplace (SCCM and\or Intune)
Requirements - Nice to have
Experience in User Management for Regulatory Application management like
- DocuBridge, Documentum or any other DMS/publishing solutions
- Qlik or similar data management platforms
- Experience on GxP environment operations
- Oracle/MSSQL knowledge to build and prepare queries
